I am a Senior Lecturer at the College of Law, University of the Philippines where I have been teaching since 2003. I have also lectured at the Women and Development Graduate Program of the College of Social Work and Community Development at the University of the Philippines. I am also the Research Coordinator for the Development Alternatives with Women for a New Era (DAWN) Project on Sexual and Reproductive Rights. I am a Global Perspectives Blogger/Writer for RHrealitycheck.org and was the founding Executive Director of Women’s Legal Education, Advocacy & Defense Foundation, Inc.
